ABSTRACT

Yulius Kisworo, ANALYSIS OF SHRIMP FISHPOND CONDUCTING WORK WITH AREA PLANOLOGY APPROACH ON INTEGRATED ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT AREA BATULICIN IN TANAH BUMBU REGENCY SOUTH BORNEO PROVINCE

Integrated Economic Development Zone Batulicin included in it Tanah Bumbu Regency have superior potential and support in fastening economic in South Borneo Province, coast conducting fishery is one of economic supporter sector that have potential to be developed more optimal at this regency, this can be seen form zone’s potential owned by Tanah Bumbu regency which regency administratively it’s definitive becoming since 8 April 2003.

The objective that whish to be reach is to analyzing brakishwater pond conducting area suitability, evaluating exploitation brakishwater pond conducting area, economically evaluating public conducting work at Integrated Economic Development Zone Batulicin in Tanah Bumbu regency. Data collecting technique for zone suitability variable conducted measuring based on selected villages (purposive sampling) and selection perception station conducted with simple random sampling with raffling in each fishpond location on tree villages with 3 time sample repetition each location. Next determining respondent amount in area exploitation and economic aspect use proportional sampling technique (10% from population of RTP , so got sample equivalent to 107 respondent) primer data collecting conducted on interview way toward respondent with questioner lit help and secondary data collected form related instance. Data hereinafter analyzed and divided under consideration area’s suitability aspect, area’s exploitation and economic.

Result showed that the land in the area was suitable for brakishwater pond with category highly suitable for Sei Loban and Satui district and with category moderately suitable for Batulicin and Kusan Hilir district. Area exploitation that exploited for brakishwater pond conducted was 2,288.30 Ha with total area’s potential 11,140 Ha, for Batulicin district exploited 35.7%, Kusan Hilir 24.02%, Sei Loban 6% and Satui 19.98% from area’s potential each district. Next for public speed stress toward brakishwater pond conducting area’s potential showing Batulicin district 9,22%, Kusan Hilir 6,92%,sei Loban 4,59% and Satui 8,16% all of them non serious classified. Economic aspect is known level elegibility of effort with highest RCR score Kusan Hilir 6,92%,Sei Loban 4,59% and Satui 8,16% all of them non serious classified.
